The Catholic Union Store was founded in 1899 to provide church supplies and devotional products to the churches,
schools, and other institutions of the Diocese of Buffalo.
Today, over a century later, the Catholic Union Store remains Western New York's trusted and preferred
source for ecclesiastical needs and religious merchandise.
We offer:

Located at the Catholic Center in the heart of downtown Buffalo, New York, the Catholic Union Store is a convenient source for clergy and laity alike. Far beyond the churchware and Christian books and gifts we offer at our convenient downtown location, we have access to the products of a wide variety of publishers and manufacturers from around the world. Special orders are welcome and are filled promptly!
DO I GET A DISCOUNT?
All Roman and Eastern Catholic clergymen, religious sisters and brothers, seminarians, Catholic parishes and institutions within the territory of the Diocese of Buffalo, and employees of the Catholic Center, are accorded a discount of 10% on their purchases, excepting purchases of altar breads, sacramental wine, candles, annually published liturgical planners and ordos, and already discounted merchandise. We are happy to extend the same discount to visiting Catholic clergy and religious. Please identify yourself as a clergyman, religious, seminarian, or Catholic Center employee before making your purchase at the sales counter. If you belong to a religious order or are otherwise tax exempt, please produce your tax exempt certificate before your purchase is rung through the register. Purchases billed to established store accounts of houses of worship of any faith or denomination are automatically tax-exempted.
