The Buildings and Properties Department serves parish communities, schools and departments within the Diocese by providing assistance with all aspects of property planning in the following ways: 

  • Assistance with all construction projecs
  • Provide gas purchasing, energy audits and the implementation of energy conservation projects
  • Advise on all aspects of real estate including buying, leasing and appraising property
