The Tribunal is actually the Church Court. It is staffed by priests, sisters and lay people who offer a ministry of healing for those who have experienced a failed marriage and wish to rectify their marital status with the Church. It assists those who have divorced and wish to remarry within the Catholic Church. Specific services include:

• Managing requests for annulments.
• Personnel are trained in Church Law and also assist the Diocese with questions of Church law and procedures, especially those regarding marriage issues.
• Has information on Pro Bono Legal Services offered through the St. Thomas More Guild of Catholic Lawyers and the Volunteer Lawyer Project of Erie County.
• Handling matters of Due Process.
