Filing A Complaint

Kathryn Marsh, CSW-R, is the assistance coordinator for the Diocese of Buffalo. Ms. Marsh, who has been employed by Catholic Charities for more than 30 years and is an expert in the field of sexual abuse, will coordinate assistance for the immediate pastoral care of persons who claim to have been sexually abused as minors by clergy or other church personnel.

The diocese has set up a confidential hotline for individuals who wish to file a sexual abuse complaint. The telephone number to contact Ms. Marsh is (716) 895-3010. Written complaints can be sent to Ms. Marsh at Catholic Charities, 1581 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14212. Her e-mail address is kathy.marsh@ccwny.org.
