Design Materials
There are clear pathways to parish vitality. To thrive and not merely survive in the years ahead, vital parishes will learn to be strategic and responsive to the signs of the times. This conviction is at the heart of the Pathways to Parish Vitality project. Forty-two parishes attended the planning conference. These parishes were equipped with the design tools necessary to transform pastoral priorities into action plans. Design teams will review preparation materials and name the most significant implications in their particular setting. These teams will adopt a strategic focus - audience, area of parish life and design a strategy forinnovation. These might relate to young families, internet outreach, parish capacity for welcome, emerging adults or revitalizing the parish through small affinity groups. The design materials include:
