Healing service to be offered in Spanish

A special healing service in Spanish consisting of Mass and reconciliation for those who have experienced the loss of a child through abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth or SIDS will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. at Holy Angels Church, 348 Porter Ave., Buffalo.  Family, friends and grandparents are also welcome to experience this Mass which will be said in Spanish for the first time in the Buffalo area.

The intention of the Mass, in honor of Our Lady of Hope, is to help those who are grieving in the Hispanic community to cope with their loss through the eyes of faith.

Reconciliation will be offered at 6:15 p.m. and Mass will begin at 7 p.m.  Father Terrence O’Connell, OMI, pastor of Holy Angels Parish, will be the celebrant.

For more information on this special healing Mass, please call the Office of Pro-Life Activities at 847-2205 or Holy Angels Church at 885-3767.
