Msgr.’s
Meatloaf
By
Paula De Angelis
When you think of a
Monsignor, I’m sure the word meatloaf doesn’t pop in your head. Well, it
might from now on. Recently,
Fr. Paul D. Seil, host of Our Daily Bread, cooked with Msgr. J.
Patrick Keleher, Campus Minister at UB.

This was actually the first show we shot in
our new kitchen, which is actually the staff kitchen/community
room at St. Bernadette’s Parish in Orchard Park, New York,
were Fr. Paul resides as Pastor.
Other than the stove door locking so we
could not retrieve the meatloaf, I would say all went very well.
The parish staff is more than accommodating and seems excited to
have the show taped there. And Msgr. Pat was a delightful guest,
who shared with us what it means to be a Campus Minister, and
some unusual but delicious recipes.
So I invite you to tune in to the
encore performance of Our Daily Bread, Saturday August 9th at
5:30 a.m. and Noon on WKBW-TV Ch. 7.
And remember to check out the recipe section of the web site
for dinner ideas. Oh,
and by the way, Fr. Pat eventually got the meatloaf out of the
oven!
