Oven Roasted Potatoes
80 lbs. of potatoes serves 300 people
To cut recipe down use 2 potatoes per person
parboil potatoes, drain and cool slightly.  Peel away the skin if desired.  Cut into chunks or slices.  Spread on a slightly greased baking sheet.  Drizzle with melted butter or oil.  Sprinkle on seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley flakes.  A tip from Sr. B:  sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese.  Bake @ 350* for 30-40 minutes.
 

Baked Beans
1  11 oz can serves 2 people
To enhance the flavor add: ketchup, mustard, chopped onions, brown sugar, BBQ sauce.  You can add butter beans or lima beans.   A Sr. B tip:  instead of chopped onions add 1 pkg. of onion soup mix.  Bake @ 350* for 30 minutes.
