For
over thirty years, "The Warming
House" in Olean, New York, has been a
place of comfort and welcome for men,
women, and children in need. Run by
community volunteers and campus ministry
students at nearby St. Bonaventure
University, this local soup kitchen is
open six days a week and serves between
thirty and sixty people per day. Produced
by Daybreak
TV Productions of the Diocese of
Buffalo, this story offers an inspiring
look at students who are putting their
lessons on Catholic social teaching to
work, not only providing for the physical
needs of the poor, but also for their
emotional, spiritual, and social needs, as
well.
