Mission Statement

The Vicar for Religious and Associate Vicar are the Bishop's liaison with the Religious of Buffalo. They strive to carry out his pastoral concern for the Religious. It is primarily an office of service to:

	the local Ordinary when the Vicar and Associate Vicar act as his representative
	the Religious themselves in areas essential to their spiritual and psychological growth
	the Diocese by supporting, in whatever ways possible, the apostolic and prayerful ministries in which the Religious are engaged.
