For Younger Scouts |

Contact the Youth Department, 795 Main
Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 by phone,
email or letter to be sure we have them in stock. (If not in
stock can take 2-3 weeks to order). We are located on the third
floor in the Catholic Center. Parking is available at no charge in
the Catholic Center Visitors Parking Lot just a short walk to the
building.

Bring down or send your payment and
completed application with all required signatures.

If ordering by mail and needed for
specific date, please specify.

Give instructions where you would like
emblems or medals to be sent. If there are no instructions emblem
will be mailed directly to recipient.

For Older Scouts
|

Religious Emblems Counselors
contact the Youth Department, 795 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203
by
email or letter to let us know that your scout will need to
be scheduled for an appointment for the Annual Board of Review.
There is a form on our website available for this that includes
the price list for all the older scouts emblems and medals.

Bring down or send your payment and
a copy of your completed application. Payment is required
before the ceremony.
Important: Keep
your originals. The Board of Review requires signatures as the
scouts complete by each person designated to review.
