Office Administrator


Brief Job Description: Office reception and coordinate with other parish volunteers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Check Voicemails
• Check the mail & disperse to appropriate recipients.
• Check the email.
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Accept Mass intentions and properly log them and schedule them.
• Assist parishioners and non-parishioners.
• Receive & Properly Log payments
• Assist in preparing Bulletin inserts
• Assist with Data Entry
• Assist with scheduling of masses
• Work with Family of Parishes for needed supplies
• Assist with management of time sheets for other part time employees
• Assist with planning funerals
• Assist with ministry schedules

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Previous experience welcome
• Either be Virtus certified or willing to be trained and certified

Desired Skills:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline orientation, ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Enthusiastic, positive professional attitude with excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist others in a timely, professional manner.
• Must have the highest integrity, be diplomatic, analytical, and possess sound judgment.

Salary: $15-17 Hourly
