Brief Job Description:
● Assist and support the Principal with strict confidentiality
● Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the school
● Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the main school office. Greets and assists staff, students, and visitors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Create and maintain all databases for all students and staff information
● Complete and file various mandated state, federal and diocesan reports
● Monitor timekeeping and submit payroll to meet established deadlines
● Maintain student records, schedule student classes, and provide quarterly reports
● Manage student transcripts and release of records for transfer students and graduates
● Prepare and maintain cumulative record cards and files for all new students
● Manage tuition accounts through FACTS and assist with reconciling the general ledger
● Utilize the school’s messaging system to communicate with all stakeholders
● Organize and track fundraising accounts
● Collaborate with the principal, pastor, and faculty to generate contracts
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
● High School Diploma or higher, and experience with customer related service
● General clerical experience in a professional environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite platforms
● Experience with eSchool is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
● Strong written and oral communication skills

Salary: $17 – $22 per hour depending on experience
