Website Infant of Prague Parish
Brief Job Description: Infant of Prague Catholic Church is seeking a part-time Communications Coordinator to lead the production of our weekly parish bulletin and manage related communications. This role also supports calendar coordination and will grow to include website updates and social media management. Ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a collaborative, faith-based environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain the parish’s weekly bulletin to a high standard and ensure timely submission for printing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing bulletin content for both Infant of Prague and the wider Parish Family.
• Coordinate with external service providers for design and technical support as needed.
• Maintain the parish’s digital calendar, including scheduling internal meetings, parish events, and community partner use of space.
• Support maintenance and other staff by providing reports on scheduled on-campus events, as needed.
• Update and schedule content for the outdoor LED church sign.
• Grow into the role of managing the parish’s digital presence, including website content updates and social media creation through Meta Business Suite, while supporting communication efforts across the Parish Family.
• Serve as a point of contact for future website upgrades and digital communications initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Publisher)
• Canva (or similar design tools)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar)
• Meta Business Suite (for Facebook and social media scheduling)

Salary: $16.50 per hour, 15-20 hours per week
