Custodian/Maintenance

Brief Job Description: Maintain facilities of the parish

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Sweep floors/mop/vacuum
-Maintain bathrooms
-Trim shrubs, weeding, mowing
-Snow removal in the winter
-Lock/unlock buildings
-Minor repairs
-Painting

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
-Able to lift up to 50 pounds
-High School Education
-Must have an automobile and NYS Driver license, as there is driving between sites

Desired Skills:
Basic plumbing/electrical and handyman experience

Salary: Up to $18/hr. depending on experience

This position calls for 30 hours per week.
