Director of Faith Formation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Hand on the Faith of the Catholic Church to parish children; Forming disciples and building Catholic identity, Working with parents; coordinating with home schooling parents and our Catholic Academy regional school; Teaching prayers; Lesson planning; Developing and recruiting new catechists; Team work with other parish staff.

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
● Teaching degree, Theological studies; Fully initiated Catholic, 3 yrs or more experience teaching religious education.

Desired Skills:
● Communications, Leadership, Classroom management, Budgeting, planning, and obtaining religious education materials.

Salary: $30,000.00 annual salary or more based upon experience; to be negotiated
