Facilities Manager

Brief Job Description: The Facilities Manager oversees the buildings and grounds for Infant of Prague. This includes a school building, parish hall, church building, and parish center. The Facilities Manager also manages a small staff of maintenance workers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and managing staff.
• Maintain, clean, & secure all building on campus as well as the grounds,
• Schedule required inspections for fire and other safety hazards.
• Responsible for ordering maintenance supplies.
• Oversee building related activities.
• Hiring and training maintenance staff
• Manage the upkeep of all maintenance equipment.

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience as Facilities Manager or similar position

Desired Skills:
• Able to schedule and manage staff members.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and boiler systems.

Salary: $45,000 to 51,000 depending on experience
