Brief Job Description: The Facilities Manager oversees the buildings & grounds for Nativity of Mary School & Parish, along with managing a small staff of maintenance workers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and Managing maintenance staff
• Maintain, clean & secure all buildings on campus as well as the grounds
• Schedule required inspections for fire and other potential safety hazards
• Responsible for ordering maintenance supplies as well as church supplies
• Oversee building related activities
• Hiring & Training Maintenance staff
• Manage the upkeep of all equipment
• Assist in scheduling day to day events

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience as Facilities Manager or similar position

Desired Skills:
• Able to schedule & Manage up to six FT/PT staff members
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and boiler system

Salary: Range $22-24/hr
