Brief Job Description: Office reception and secretary duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answer phones
• Check voicemail
• Prepare & maintain sacramental records
• Assist parishioners and non-parishioners
• Assist in preparing Bulletin inserts
• Assist with Data Entry
• Assist with scheduling of masses
• work with Family of Parishes for needed supplies
• Assist with planning funerals
• Assist with ministry schedules
• Some travel between parishes is required

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Previous experience welcome
• Either be Virus certified or willing to be trained and certified

Desired Skills:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline oriented-ability to handle multiple priorities
• Enthusiastic, positive profession attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to assist others in a timely, professional manner
• Must have the highest integrity, be diplomatic, analytical and possess sound judgment

Salary: $15-$18 per hour
