Position Summary:

Located at the main office at 795 Main Street, Buffalo, the Mailroom Clerk is responsible for the sorting and processing of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and assisting the switchboard.

Essential Functions:

  • Sort incoming mail for all departments and deliver to appropriate floors
  • Process outgoing mail and packages
  • Backup reception, print room, and cafeteria
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift/bend/carry up to 30lbs
  • Flexible in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
