Maintenance Technician (FT or PT)

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to the building and surrounding grounds.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Completes all daily maintenance requisitions
-Assists with handling incoming/outgoing deliveries, as needed
-Lift/move furniture & equipment
-Maintains grounds, parking lots and driveways
-Snowplowing when applicable
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years maintenance experience

Special Requirements:
-Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely
-Lift various items up to 75 pounds with no physical limitations

Salary: $20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience
