Maintenance Technician

Job description: The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to the building and surrounding grounds.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Completes all daily maintenance requisitions
• Assists with handling incoming/outgoing deliveries, as needed
• Lift/move furniture & equipment
• Maintains grounds, parking lots and driveways
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years maintenance experience

Special Requirements:
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely
• Lift various items with no physical limitations

Pay: $18.00 per hour
