STREAM Coordinator

Brief Job Description: Candidate reports directly to the Superintendent of Catholic Schools and will lead, grow and institutionalize the STREAM Education Initiative throughout the diocesan elementary schools. Candidate will work directly with the Department of Education to identify STREAM curriculum support and professional development needs throughout the diocesan elementary schools, as well as innovate STREAM educational partnerships with learning institutions and cultural organizations throughout Western New York. To ensure success, he/she will utilize and further develop current monthly STREAM PLC model to lead and motivate STREAM Coordinators.

Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
• Master’s degree in a STEM Field or New York State certification in elementary/secondary science or math education.
• Knowledge and experience in STEM Curriculum and Instruction at the elementary level. Leadership experience at the elementary level.

This is a PT position – approximately 15 hours per week.

Salary: $20-22 per hour
