Annual National Night of Prayer for Life | Diocese of Buffalo
Annual National Night of Prayer for Life
The National Night of Prayer takes place every year from December 8th (the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary) to December 9th (the feast of St. Juan Diego).
It was on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception that Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of the Americas and the unborn, first appeared to St. Juan Diego.
The National Night of Prayer for Life bridges these two feasts to honor Our Blessed Mother and to pray for the sanctity of all human life. This pro-life prayer service consists of exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, 20 decades of the Rosary, prayers, adoration, and hymns. Please see the schedule below of parishes participating in our diocese. Participants are welcome to join for any length of time.
