Project Rachel

A Post-Abortion Reconciliation Program offering forgiveness, healing and hope to anyone suffering from the effects of an abortion.

We care. Let us help you. Call our confidential hotline today at 716-847-2211.

This experience, like the Sacrament it includes, is sensitive, private and confidential. If you wish, you can be put in touch with clergy, counselor or lay minster who will confidentially discuss your needs and desires to come up with an individual plan for your journey. The Project Rachel journey to wholeness helps you cope with the past through the eyes of faith, opens you to receive forgiveness and the healing grace of God, and allows you to be at peace with yourself, your unborn child, your family, your Church and God.

Men, too, suffer greatly in the aftermath of abortion. They are fathers who lost a child. They can also find understanding, forgiveness, healing and wholeness through the Church's ministry of Project Rachel.

To begin your journey to forgiveness and reconciliation, we encourage you to call or write for private counseling. We also provide counseling and services for those who have suffered a miscarriage, stillborn or death of a very young child. Trustworthy caring persons will answer your call. We will make every effort to ensure that you will be comfortable with those serving you.

There is hope after an abortion. It's normal to grieve a pregnancy loss, including the loss of a child by abortion. It can form a hole in one's heart, a hole so deep that sometimes it seems nothing can fill the empty spaces. Download our brochure today in English or Spanish.

Rachel's Vineyard

The program is an opportunity to examine your abortion experience, identify the ways that the loss has impacted you in the past and present, and helps to acknowledge any unresolved feelings that many individuals struggle with after abortion. Because of the emotional numbness and secrecy that often surrounds an abortion experience, conflicting emotions both during and after the event may remain unresolved. These buried feelings can surface later and may be symptoms of post abortion trauma.

Married couples, mothers, fathers, grandparents and siblings of aborted children, as well as persons who have been involved in the abortion industry have come to Rachel's Vineyard in search of peace and inner healing. For more information visit the website.

Crystal's story

This video takes you through my abortion story. My story is one of over 50 million, but one many people can relate to. Most people we all know have been touched by abortion in some way. I hope my story has a positive impact, inspiring hope in healing, and helping others.
