Get Involved

Each year, a generous group of teens and young adults help make Convention a success. This is the place to find out how you can help make Convention 2017 your TRUE STORY!

Planning Committees:

Teens, junior advisors and adults are invited to help plan various parts of convention including Expo, Mainstage, Liturgy, Small Groups, and Breakouts!

Breakouts/Prayer, Mainstage and Liturgy, committees will meet on December 5th at St. Benedict, Eggertsville.

Expo, Small Groups, and Playlist committees will meet on December 12th at the Catholic Center.

All meetings will be held at the Catholic Center. Planning will take place from 5:30-8:30 PM. Dinner is provided!

If you would like to join a committee, contact Mike Slish.

Convention Music Ministry:

Teens who will be at Convention are welcome to share their musical talents by playing or singing at our closing liturgy! All instruments are welcome! The first rehearsal will be Monday, January 14th from 7-9:30 PM at St. Bernard's Church, Buffalo. Contact Mary Palmer for more information.

Small Group Facilitators:

Teens and Junior Advisors are needed to serve as small group facilitators.  Training and facilitation materials are provided.

During the Convention, young people have a chance to meet others and have meaningful conversations through Small Group Time.  Each teen attending the Convention is assigned to a random small group.  We hope this will give everyone a chance to meet a few new friends!
