National Catholic Youth Conference 2019:
Blessed, Broken, Given
November 21-23, 2019
What is NCYC?
An exciting three-day event held every other year, described as the "Superbowl for Catholic Teens." The experience allows both youth and adult chaperones to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ through prayer, adoration, liturgy, reconciliation, talks, and recreation.
Why go to NCYC? Well, in the words of a 2017 participant, "NCYC was an amazing experience that I will cherish for a lifetime. Being surrounded by thousands of other Catholic youth was truly inspiring. It made me want to live my faith more openly and share it with the world."
Listen to this testimony from a two-time NCYC attendee about how NCYC impacted her faith and why both experiences were important to her faith journey!
NCYC is made possible by the support of dedicated youth ministry leaders...Here's what one leader has to say about the experience of brining a group to NCYC:
"As we boarded the bus and got settled, I put everything in God's hands. Though I was a bit nervous, I was excited for waht was awaiting us. The best part was watching my teens learn about their faith. It was truly rewarding to watch them meet youth from all over the United States. Watching this wonderful weekend through their eyes is something I truly treasure. I have been to several NCYCs and watching all the teens is truly an expereince of wonder and awe!"
