National Catholic Youth Conference

What is NCYC?

An exciting three-day event held every other year, described as the "Superbowl for Catholic Teens." The experience allows both youth and adult chaperones to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ through prayer, adoration, liturgy, reconciliation, talks, and recreation.

When and where will it take place?

NCYC 2017 will be held November 16-18 in Indianapolis, IN

Why go to NCYC? Well, in the words of a 2015 participant, "NCYC strengthened my faith by showing me how many other teens are faithful and want to make the world a better place. My favorite part was during adoration when the entire stadium fell silent and I could feel God's presence. I had chills. Another great memory I had was seeing people who traveled from far places such as Hawaii and California who experienced their first snow." View and share the NCYC promo video to learn more!

What is special about NCYC this year?. Keynote speakers include Chris Stefanik and Roy Petitfils. Father Joseph Espaillat, this year's convention Keynote Speaker will be one on the conference emcees, along with Emily Wilson. Thursday night's opening concert will feature nationally-known Christian artist TobyMac!

How do I get involved? There's need to reserve a bus or hotels. We will take care of that for you! Simply invite your teens and chaperones, have them register, and then work on fundraising. We will handle the rest! If you're interested in sending a group, contact me for more information.

How much is it? Well, that's up to you! Right now, we have the price set at $755 per person. BUT, the final price depends on the final number of people. The final price will drop once we reach 40 pilgrims and then again if we will the bus. So...start inviting! The more pilgrims we have, the more exciting *and*  reasonably-priced the trip will be. It's a win-win! Scholarships are also available in some cases. Contact me for details.

When are things due? Registration forms and a $100 deposit per person are due by May 26th. A second payment of $400 is due by July 26th. A final payment will be due September 7th. A brochure with more information and a registration form is attached.
